Review: Biryani House at Chetak Circle, Udaipur

After going through many recommendations and considering this place has been open for so many years, today given it a try. So with high expectations, tried their Bhuna Chicken and laccha paratha. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and on my request, they arranged Tandoori pieces in it. The Bhuna gravy was mildly spicy but tasted almost perfect. Neither much oil nor much heat, but a perfect blend of delicious spices with a good aroma. Parathas were flaky and crisp.

Overall, the food met my expectations and worth recommending to others. Comfortably located at Chetak Circle, pretty clean kitchen and serving desk on first look and manned by some polite staffs.
The owner is very much responsive to customers demands as I saw he entertained almost four different customisation requests including mine of various people within a quarter of an hour, which it took to deliver my order.
And I must mention one small thing about the little poly bag of onion rings which most of the takeaways give with food order. Mostly it has to be thrown away when you return home and open the packet with a pungent smell. But here, even at half past nine in the evening, they are giving freshly cut onion rings!
